Form and TOS

Terms of service

By purchasing a commission from me, the client agrees to the following terms of service.Payment info and working time placed here - I retain the right to decline a commission.
- I can post my artwork in any of my galleries, use it as an example of my work or promote myselfIf the commission is for Personal Use, the customer can:
- Post it in any galleries with credit given to the artist
- Use the art to promote themselves with credit given to the artist
- Print for personal use onlyIf the commission is for Commercial Use, the customer can:
- Commercial commissions can be used to make a profit.
- Use the art to promote your product with credit given to the artist
- Make any sort of merchandise or other product for sale featuring the artwork, with credit given to the artist.
I maintain ownership of the artwork and it still needs to be credited.
The fee for commercial commission is +70% on top of the starting rateThe client is under NO circumstance allowed to
- Client can' t use personal use commissions for commercial purposes (unless otherwise discussed)
- Client can't edit commissioned artwork without permission
- Client can't use the commissioned artwork (or any of my artworks) for any form of AI training.
- Client can't use/resell my work as NFT.Refunds- No refund after the payment-The client is only allowed to cancel the commission if the payment (or its first installment) hasn’t been sent yet

Why so?I will not be able to send you a refund if you decide that you no longer want this commission after you've paid for it, because I have no technical opportunity to do it now
